Definitely the same person, just a typo.

Amarin know something. Maybe Nissen unwittingly helped them with analysis not knowing they would write a report. Or wittingly. Or Nissen contacted Amarin to let them know that MRC had approached him and he had suspicions so wrote the FDA and told AMRN to FOIA it to get it. He could still be a good guy.
