Nothing can save it with current ms-management at the helm, the revenue producing Ass-ets can not generate sufficient profits to stay afloat, and a take over would wipe folks out anyway. Then there is the question of what happens to the ICLD-holdings of 47% of the SGSI shares, someday?

Do they kiss and make up in a merger deal that makes the shares vanish?
