Frugal is not a word I would use to describe the CEO based on a couple of things. For starters, the lease agreement, executives salary, and poor management. Those are main parts of why ipix finds themselves in the position they are in today. I believe most frugal, and wise, CEO's would have figured out a better outcome to/and aviod(ed) where we lie today.
