A necessary reminder, good post. The CEO has been very frugal and has done a lot with only a little dilution. Even with approval for 600M Authorized shares (AS), it doesn't mean Leo will issue them all as outstanding shares(OS).



Please everyone take the time to understand the difference between the OS and the AS. This is 101 stuff. Just because there is a potential doesn’t mean the AS will be anywhere near fully utilized.
