Please everyone take the time to understand the difference between the OS and the AS. This is 101 stuff. Just because there is a potential doesn’t mean the AS will be anywhere near fully utilized. Obviously there is going to be a scheduled increase in OS. But who’s to say IPIX doesn’t get the job done and keep it under or in the 300mil range for OS. Not you. Not me. IPIX management only. They’ve gotten a lot done without major dilution over 12+ years. Did REGN have to face a coordinated attack? Fight that attack in a court. Besmirched the name to point where they have to change it.
IPIX is going to get it done and attempt to keep the OS increase at the minimum necessary to do it IMO. Once you understand the value of having a P53 modulating drug you see how undervalued this company is. Oh and that little B franchise too. Can’t forget about that.
