Can or will COMM (and Cisco) allow this?

And how about the smaller MSOs not indemnified?

Treble damages and that prisoner's dilemma written about by AJ & others.

SpecialNeeds is the insurance contract professional and states they'll minimize risk and most likely settle.

I think it's COMM's only viable option.

And they say, when starting to go down, bring the banks with you.

Their lenders (banks) don't want them to go under so...

They'll have to cough-up another few BILLION.

After all, COMM does a heck of a lot of revenue.

Then I could see COMM's share price crater to much lower levels.

I think they've borrowed over 3.4B+ so far (from Q1).

Q2 on 08/08 will have more Arris acquisition numbers.

Should be good & exciting time ahead for us private shareholders.
