You see Paul Pegolo is on the BoD as of June 30th but now is no longer there?

How was he compensated? Why did he leave? What was he there for? What did he accomplish? Did Sharp owe him money and pay him under the table? Why is Len Harris on the BoD? What does a mining expert have to do with this "company"? What is the purpose of having him on the BoD?

So many questions!!!
