I hate to see it come to this but I agree, beauty fades, dumb is forever. It’s not a good strategy to be manipulated by your suitors...’just raise more cash by dilution, don’t sell Europe we really want the whole package’....IMO that’s what we’re dealing with. Same strategy Amarin/Kennedy used when he dumped SPA appeal for First Amendment; I fully agree ANCHOR SPA was stupid, but it was recklessly and negligent to rescind the SPA in a public forum. Instead of a full appeal and a negotiated FDA truce Kennedy wage the Big Pharma war of First Amendment..so far a worthless “victory”. At least NCE win got the first round of generic cases dismissed, but a full ANCHOR SPA appeal could have Orange-booked ANCHOR IP...making it impossible for the generic filers to drag a suit out to trial.

Piss poor strategic decisions.
