So again a reverse split doesn't change anything. Your value is exactly the same. There is a negative perception for penny stocks so usually after the split the stock drifts down and thats where the losses come in. The only reason a reverse split would make sense is if thats the last thing needed to move to the nasdaq. If you think volume is low now divide the daily volume by whatever split you want to do. 1-10? 100k shares volume is now 10k.


Insider buoying. IR doing there job would bring in new interest to this company and bring it back over $1.
