BIEL is off the radar screens of most stock traders, so of course the PPS is not going to move. What did you think was going to happen with a shareholder update? Get posted in the IBD or WSJ?

Momentum is certainly building in the company's favor, more FDA clearances and a partnership will put it on their target list..then the price goes up.
