One red flag is that Griff is ALREADY pre-explaining why the PS3 "meth gun" testing won't be reported on time - the three (3) cops who got it for testing haven't found enough meth labs to test it.
So when the date for reporting data comes and goes with nothing, Jim can say "welp, they just didn't give it to the right guys (e.g., Yuma) to test, butt this time we're giving it to the right guys (e.g., Aberdeen) - just wait a few more months/quarters (and that Phase II Navy contract will come through). Once we get it into Cambodia and Yugoslavia..... Bactec and TaiPower will be touting them to the world.... Lather, rinse, repeat.
He also alluded to learning good and bad things about the PS3 "meth gun", and he talked about scoring positive the inside of a plastic bag covered with meth dust and a swab of it, butt he neglected to further describing the "bad" things they had learned.
