Rais. So you think that JT .. who has an extensive accounting background ... has not looked at all the pro’s and con’s on the best way to raise funds ?

I think he is fundamentally overly cautious to the point of foolishness.

I don't think he needed the money anyway he didn't need to raise funds... but if he does BORROW IT we have a great drug the interest is a lesser evil then diluting the shares.

He made a smart , well timed move

Well maybe it was... for him. It occurs to me that JT thinks if the FDA screws them (no matter how remote the possibility) he looks like a genius for doing this... and thus keeps his job.

But if the FDA screws him and he doesn't massively dilute maybe not.
