Why did they need to raise money AT ALL? They are not some cash burning biotech with no product? If they really needed the money why not borrow it?

Raising money was stupid, and the only alternative to it being stupid (that the FDA intends to reject Reduce-It) is horrifying.

If JT wants to submit DTC add etc. to the FDA right after approval ... he needs to finance that now



Why... according to him he is waiting for yet another approval from this OPDP before he does DTC anything. I don't know why he should ignore the OPDP and his response to anything from them should be I have a 1st amendment right no I will not cease and desist and if you try anything see you in court.

But yet JT seems to think the FDA won the 1st amendment lawsuit.
