AZ, the footnote on page 12 indicates there is only one claimant left in class 18 that the LT need to resolve..

"(1) A former claimant has rights to refile its claim. If filed, the amount and classification of
the filing is unknown and could also affect the total dollars and next dollar percentage."

Do you think it is possible for the remote bankruptcy assets to flow back after this last claimant is gone and before the remaining LT assets are distributed on Nov 1st?

If remote bankruptcy assets are truly independent of the LT 75/25 control, wouldnt the resolution of the last remaining claimant in class 18 remove the only barrier left for remote assets to flow back to escrow??

Shouldnt the LT's distribution of the last remaining 75/25 assets and the BK closure be independent of the remote bankruptcy assets release after class 18 is closed?

Can escrow be potentially paid befire Nov 1st?
