WASHINGTON, July 31, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- PATH, the Partnership for Artificial Intelligence, Telemedicine and Robotics in Healthcare (www.pathhealth.com), submitted its recommendations today to the Federal Communications Commission regarding its Proposed Rulemaking to change the Universal Service Fund (USF).
