Sentiment has shifted again. We needed a bone. I believe the 211 has been filed and confirmed since at least mid last week. So again the uplisitng could happen at anytime. Regardless if it comes today, tomorrow or next month, my suggestion is to hold on tight to whatever size stack you have!
