Fully with you, this situation is shameful and inexplicable, especially if consider that PC trial was outside their public pipeline, it was a plus. The only reason can be pure financial speculation for example from investors to get put option exercised and after turn long....or bring the price down to mop up as many stocks as possible for an upcoming buyout or news (I believe very little in this last).

A public declaration to shareholders from the management would be appropriate in this circumstances!
