is the exact time line involved. We do not know if the filing was done and then Mr. Bohn was terminated or if the termination happened and then the filing took place.

One thing to remember is that Jim Profit has told us that the penalty (in Germany) is very (extremely) severe for a false/improper filing.

In looking at what little we know I would tend to believe that the filing took place followed by the termination. I have to believe that the liabilities and penalties are to severe for a false filing by someone that GTE/GTEM had enough faith and belief in that they appointed him General Manager of GTE Germany.

Unfortunately the silence on this matter from GTEM management speaks volumes. Why do they fear addressing the issue?
