Has anyone ever seen a deal where they structure the upfront payment based on a few different outcomes?

If this happens, then option 1
If this happens, then option 2
Etc.

A scenario, maybe like ours where the partnering company likes the platform, drugs, IP, science, etc. and they want to be involved regardless
