I can speculate tho since it bounced off 14.40 multiple times (support?), and my target buy price would be around 14.40. So I initiate a buy and wait. If comm is unable to hold, I will sell (get stopped out) for a small loss and move on. However if it holds and trends upwards, I will ride it until I see what it does near 15
