As it turns out, one of our peers was also able to reach out and get some more information regarding the situation. As it turns out, Pestell clearly understood the Board’s position and the split was amicable. He was actually very pleased to be able to retain his shares and very much looks forward to the success of the company and reaping his significant financial returns. We also found it very informative to learn that he has participated as an expert witness in past litigation cases. Very interesting, do you know if he was also a fan of watching Perry Mason?
