One of our peers asked Dr Richard Pestell about his take on recent events and whether he keeps the patents and status of Prostagene merger and Cytodyn's claim of 'cause', he was kind to reply with a boilerplate

This makes us believe there probably will be a litigation attempting to 'resolve' the issues.
If Pestell does not issue a public statement, he might be silence due to preparations of a lawsuit.

EDIT: his resignation from BOD was contractual 'automatic' on the termination on cause, AFAIK.
