ANYONE ELSE GET THIS INFO FROM BROKERAGE?
Your new shares of PAIV are being sent to you in certificate form directly from the transfer agent. The old shares went worthless in August and the transfer agent began the redistribution process 11/12/06
by taking the old shares from your account. Once you receive the
certificate for your new shares, endorse them and mail them in if you would like them to be held in your Brokerage account.
