How's that small claims court case against MYDX(Van Niekerk vs MYDX Inc), that had it's court date on 6/27/19 and still NO results entered in the court records. I was told here that it was a slam dunk case against MYDX for not delivering their Cannadx analyzer. Sure doesn't look that way to me after a month later then the court trial date and NO entries in the court records. Looks like to me that the plantiffs were trying to SCAM MYDX. If it was a slam dunk case like I was told mydx would have been found guilty - DID NOT HAPPEN. I guess what was told to me was just a LIE.
