I must say

That what is (not) going on with this company is troubling to say the least. Virtual Generation was sold to the company by one the owners of Newgioco that had as a feature a set amount of money in shares based upon the average price of the last 10 days of the month. It seems to me that they have no incentive at this point to do anything to hike the share price. A year ago they all but promised that by now we would have contracts signed and a NASDAQ listing done or imminent. Instead we have gotten absolutely nothing. I have another stick, universal Mcloud, that bought a similar priced company and that debenture is paid and done and already cash pisitive. I don't see that Virtual Generation has netted the company a dime.

I do know that there are debenture holders that are watching what is going on very closely. I can guarantee you that if they take actions to protect their interests I will be in.
