Of course, since they went dark, all I have to go on is their old SEC filings and the stuff they've sent to OTC Markets. However, from reading what's available, and perusing their website info, I can surmise that they have little or no funding, and little or no means of raising money to do anything besides hire a couple old geezers to walk around in the moose pasture.
