The first question will be a shareholder asking “where did Nick go?” and the front desk person replying “Nick has left the building” as he races out of the parking lot.

Actually, I see it as a very quick meeting. Vote on the increase and the other things, and then adjourn the meeting as fast as he can. What could he possibly say that hasn’t already been said.
