I just called and asked the receptionist if Bob Jones still works there, she said "YES" and then asked me to hold. After a LONG hold she came back on the line she said she was told to refer my question to Robert Blackman.

For a company to give such a reply to a SIMPLE question it's unbelievable; in my opinion this company is history.
