Here is one scenario of how they will proceed forward. From a mass marketing perspective you have to get expanded label and good insurance Tier coverage first. After some time with good tier coverage , Amarin can up the list price over time. They are in a great position. If it ends up costing more to produce large quantities over time they can just up the list price and have justification for doing so.
