two different things JT said recently, The judge has allowed the more recent reduce-it patents to be included and when asked he said " I like our patents". As conservative as JT is, he would never say I like our patents if they were not going to hold up. If JT likes our patents, I like our patents. The only people talking about patents are those that want our shares. They are not going to get mine. Besides answering questions, JT isn't talking about potential problems with our patents.

TEVA settled. Others will settle as well or we take them to trial and make them look ridiculous. Shorts have put so much effort into this patent nonsense that when it does settle, PPS will move much higher.

In addition to all of that, I do have a patent attorney in the family and she has stated not to worry. All claims, all patents not going to happen. On top of what patents we had previously, can you imagine someone claiming that reduce-it results were obvious and trying to defend that.
