Questions for Josh and PatentGuy1. The 106c alloy was a joint venture between LQMT and Yihao Metals. If Eontec uses 106c to make parts for a device, and the device containing said parts made of 106c is subsequently sold in North America and in Europe, will Eontec be obligated to pay royalties to LQMT?

If Eontec is obligated to pay royalties to LQMT in the above scenario, wouldn’t that be a legal way around the restrictions on CE that are contained in the MTA between Apple and LQMT?
