I know its small money and I mentioned that. My point was only that NE does have a program. At the time I made the statement, it was my guesstimate. After doing the research, it turn out that supposition was true. I don't think obtaining that money is a bad idea. Its not the amount of money where NioCorp would get the big bang for the buck but the marketing benefits and ability to spread the word about the mine wider throughout the region and a resume piece. At this stage, with the car stuck in the mud, I welcome any financing movement big or small.
