The company has a 6.5 Billion dollar market cap. If there was a patent issue the market cap would not be that high. TEVA would not have settled if there was a real patent issue. This made up fear surrounding patents is so that shorts can try to profit from their positions during the time prior to approval. Patience and it will go away.
