A verbal agreement disclosed in a filing is good enough for me. It has never been cancelled, so status quo as far as I’m concerned and now that SLIMPEN seems to be delayed 22 days, it’s consistent with SLIMPEN having to wait for partner MYDX to be ready for LAUNCH.
