A lot has been said about the lack of share performance since the deal with Altria, but Altria is only putting up 1 million to start with. They're basically taking a hard look at the technology and then deciding whether to spend another 11 million to develop it. Maybe yes, maybe no.
So the real catalyst will be when Altria moves on to phase 2 and ponies up another tranche of cash, that will confirm they like what they see, right now the market is skeptical and rightly so.
