The only thing that I can find is that Ben Beaulieu left VAPE back in January 2018 according to his linkedIn page:

It also says he's a manager at Madrone Farms, which is Kyle Tracey's outfit, the former CEO of VAPE.

If true, then why is Ben still signing SEC filings for the company back in March 2019 if he left VAPE in January 2018?
