Nidan The lack of communications currently is probably related to so called "Quiet Periods" and Anavex wants to be overly cautious to avoid another one or more lawsuits.
One reference below states a quiet period of 4 weeks prior to end of a fiscal quarter and another reference states a 4 week period prior to publishing the quarterly earnings report. This would amount to two months of being "Quiet"so I can understand the lack of current information.

Anavex already suffered from a phony lawsuit by an investor (?) when they listed on NASDQ. I believe the claim was a loss of a few hundred dollars as I recall. I imagine Missling and our Board of Directors have been and are being exceptionally careful to avoid this happening again since there are so many big pharma that will be affected if and when Anavex shows any success at all.
