I emailed Matt a few days prior to the 1st quarter report. He said "2nd quarterly wouldn't be audited, but he intends to audit the 3rd quarter". I agree only yearly has to be audited so I'm not sure what his intensions are for this. He also said tggi is on hold till they receive the CO. I believe he is just as frustrated with the city and state time lines as we are. But we're at the starting line and looking to have a good start. Go GCGX$$$
