After the shares Saean has locked up we only have a little less than 69 million left for us to lock up. only about half of that has traded since may https://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/empm/historical and I'm sure it is moving into stronger hands. I also think someone said the old owner of EMPM retained 650k shares. I dont think there are any shares left. That makes it hard for the Market makers to prop up bid and create ask walls to stabilize the price. Last report was 48k shares short. I IMO this is going up fast once name changes. haven't looked at LV 2 but I could see it jumping to dollar or 3 vary easily with minimal buying pressure.
