Heck yeah!!! I'm currently sitting on about a half mil in cash in my primary trading account, so need five high quality stocks with a dividend of 3%-6% and a P/E under 30 (preferably under 20).
I like your PRU pick. Not so hot on Iron Mountain, and KIM is a definite maybe. Thanks for your picks. Always looking.
P.S. Might be better to post this stuff on one of the dividend boards.

Just my opinion, of course.
