As it turns out, the 2nd day of the pretrial conference was not held, as the judge and the two parties completed their prep on Tuesday

Numerous filings and responses are expected by Noon EDT tomorrow

After that we start the bench trial on Monday morning at 9 am EDT

The judge has MANDATED that the trial NOT last beyond close of business on Friday Aug 2 for court schedule reasons, and both parties maintain that they do not need longer than that to plead their cases

While we might not have a public decision by next Friday, I believe that there should be a very good idea about how it is going to come out

As I have stated before, I believe that IVDN has both the science AND the law on their side, and that the FTC has no leg to stand on here

I guess we will see, but I have put MY money where my heart and mouth are
