The case is frivolous..i have seen stocks like aapl go over 200 and then collapse back to 100...markwt makers can do this..Rory has gotten his stock at higher prices too..All that these cases are doing are holding our stock down..A class action case against these lawyers would be a smarter decision...Verbs revenue is growing and people will get their money back by dollar cost averaging or waiting a few years for verb to go back up..Impatient GREED will not get them their money..it will delay the process..Pssibly that is their game..if so they are sad sacks and need to get jobs and stop using markets as their excuse.
