Supposedly, Dewald has the "goods" on mydx. How would one know this?
Dewald was dismissed "without prejudice" according to the court documents and dismissed "with prejudice" according to the recent 10Q. Which is it???
Can't have it both ways. Which is it?
Also, these are the last days before launch. The part of the settlement terms would most likely be for the defendants to sell all their shares. The rise up from the trips will be that much greater. The volume is the tell all while L2 remains THIN all the way up. Not hard to see, just look at L2.
I've added a boat load since these prices and i'm very happy about it. We'll see what happens when the EcoSmartPen is released.
