IMO we could see the name change any day. I think the first round of share swaps were scheduled as early as next week with a second round of swaps in August. How will they set the price? They cannot set the price of a publicly traded company in a reverse merger without buying shares at open market. The price will be determined by the ask. If Saean has more money to invest they will buy back shares to set the price and hold it there by locking up the float imo. This will allow them to set and hold the price for up listing to Nasdaq. Could get interesting very quick.
