With all this talk about possible dilution...………...I would once again point to the continued insider buying. If they had any plans of dilution, especially of significant dilution, why would they continue to buy additional shares? Week after week they add. I would submit that if there were plans in the works for dilution, they too would wait until after the dilution to purchase new shares.
I could be wrong of course, but as I've said before, sometimes the greatest "tell" an investor can garner about what is happening "behind the scenes" is to look at what insiders are doing with shares.
In this case they are buying. Week after week after week.
What should that tell potential investors?
