From the high of $23.91 it is down 34.8%. From the announcement closing price of $21.07 it is down 13.5%. As I type share price is $17.75. Like a dumbass, I was expecting a dip going to maybe $20/21s for options expiration on the 19th, so I was actually adding on the dips leading up to the secondary. Brought my average up, and just like the last time they did a secondary, we are in a self-created trough for the near term. Not happy at all.

Sent IR e-mails, voicing my displeasure, and though I did not expect a response, I did receive a more than likely "tired" copy and paste response:

"Thank you for your comments. This financing gives us the financial resources to robustly launch Vascepa."

I really don't think they meant to thank me for my comments, to be honest.
