Are you talking about the attorney letter from 2008 which had nothing to do with current SOLI management? You do realize Charlie Scott took over the shell from Mr Spivak in 2017. So you're trying to stir the pot based on an Attorney used by SOLI 9 years prior to current management? CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP.

Yes Mattheau is OTC prohibited, but Mattheau did nothing for SOLI that the OTC needs to approve. Mattheau went to court for SOLI to clear up the illegal shares that were given to Gregg Mulholland. Did you notice the court approved this cancellation of shares? Did you notice the T/A canceled the shares per the newly updated outstanding shares and float? Mattheau has not signed any SEC/OTC documents, so how could he be affecting an uplist?

I would say you can't make this stuff up, but somehow you find a way.
