I'm keeping tabs on it, but not at your level of interest and expertise. I think it is a money losing company operating a few retail furniture stores in the Boston metro area. It is a family owned operation with several blood relatives. The upcoming generation, maybe just one, discovered how the pinky land market works:
Selling as many shares as the insiders care to issue.
That simple.
The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
