Well it seems court dated july 24 is canceled and the alix fees and expenses has been granted... court has granted approval for their fees and expenses

If you read the new docket the court date was push to mid september but both parties agreed to terms and it seems mercuria is really pushing to end all this they are working fast at this pace we might see partial results soon
