The company is making money, debt almost cleared.Then the company can decide to pay even 0.0001 as dividend which is amount to $800,000 for 8 billions share of OS/AS. Or better still, use the money to buy back shares.I believe the CEO has a plan in mind, you don't have to agree with me all my opinion. He doesn't have to announce share by buy because some people promised they going to short it to extinction if he did. He equally said he learnt his lesson the last time he openly buy shares and burnt them.
